Success depends on various factors, including market conditions, competition, and user behavior, which are beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to the content and materials you provide to us. By providing us with such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it as necessary to perform our services.
  • Technical Souvick Content: All content, tools, and materials we create during the course of providing services, including reports, strategies, and creative assets, remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to you in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services. However, this obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed by the receiving party.

Technical Souvick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
